The project is situated in the northern part of Bucharest, on Barbu Văcărescu Boulevard, right across from Verdi Park.
One Verdi Park is supposed to be an iconic development that will accommodate a series of mixed-use facilities such as: 134 high-standard apartments, commercial and retail spaces, cultural areas and other facilities needed for providing proper living standards, as well as around 23 0000 sqm for Class-A offices.
The whole ensemble is comprised of 2 towers connected through a commercial area on the ground floor.
The towers have 21-storeys high (ground floor, 20 upper storeys and a technical level), with 3 underground levels for parking and technical spaces.
The project was done in collaboration with X Architecture as general and lead designer. Adest's architectural co-design services include the façade concept, architecture coordination, and follow-up.
Beforehand, Adest Architecture was responsible for the whole masterplanning project, as well as the PUZ documentation and approvals.
