The high standard residential building is located in the northern part of Bucharest, in close vicinity to Kiseleff Park.
The project was meant to be in contrast to the surrounding block of flats, from the architectural point of view.
The main design is based on an unique yet dynamic volume. The flats are displayed two per floor with the parking spots on the underground levels.
The generous glass windows, as well as the green surrounding areas highly contribute to the sense of well-being and comfort.
