Adest Architecture Short-Listed for “Architectural Firm” at 2025 EuropaProperty SEE Awards

Adest Architecture has been short-listed for the “Architectural Firm” category at the 20th annual “EuropaProperty SEE Awards.” The event will take place on April 3, 2025, at the InterContinental Athenee Palace Bucharest. This nomination highlights our commitment to innovative and sustainable design.

Situated at the intersection of the pulse of business in the capital, residential surroundings, and the generous nature of the cluster of lakes, the residential complex is reborn from a post-industrial area into a defining urban landmark. Elegantly nestled in an urban landscape at the crossroads of the old and the new, the new Multifunctional Hall in Oradea becomes a place that connects. Located in the southwest area of the city, the construction beckons to diverse sports and cultural events, benefiting from the advantage of easy access both from within and outside the city. Additionally, the proximity to the university adds an extra dimension, turning the location into a focal point for cultural and social activities in the city. Together, its architectural line and the historic atmosphere of the city breathe life into the events. From memorable concerts to high-adrenaline sports competitions, the created space assumes the role of a bridge between tradition and modernity.

Located in the northern area of Bucharest, in a protected neighborhood with a rich history and distinctive architecture, the building is an expression of a private client's dream to create an intimate home for their family. The 18th annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards & CEO Networking Forum is the only event of its kind that covering the South Eastern European region. The event brings together the most active international and local developers, bankers, invetors, lawyers and other profesionals operating in the region.

Semi-final results are now in for the 18th annual SEE Real Estate Awards representing the most outstanding and accomplished projects, companies, and individuals of the South-eastern Europe region. The anticipated celebration, which will be attended by some of the region’s leading firms and personalities, will take place on April 6, 2023, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest, Romania.

Adest Architecture is one of the partners designing the new Zonal Urban Plan for the 1st District of Bucharest.

The project designed by Adest Architecture regarding the Masterplan for the University of Oradea was featured in Arhitectura Magazine no.682 - 4/2019. The magazine number was focused on the city of Oradea, a city which is based on multiculturalism and holds in high esteem its very own cultural values.

Începutul lunii mai a marcat debutul Expoziţiei Mondiale de la Milano 2015 (1 mai –31 octombrie), având drept temă generală „Hrănirea planetei, energie pentru viaţă”.

In keeping with the theme of Expo Milano 2015, Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life, Romania offers visitors an intricate view of its Country’s characteristics, its resources and its potential. The goal is to share the essence of the Romanian spirit and the coexistence of biodiversity, agricultural potential, traditional practices, folklore, and hospitality.

Următoarea Expoziție Universală va fi găzduită de oraşul Milano, având ca temă generală o problemă extrem de actuală a societăţii contemporane, „Hrănirea planetei, energie pentru viaţă”. Pentru realizarea pavilionului României, Ministerul Afacerilor Externe a lansat un concurs de idei, deschis tuturor propunerilor şi soluţiilor integrate, atât prin intermediul ideii arhitecturale, cât şi al temei de expunere, bazate pe originalitate, creativitate şi sustenabilitate. Despre proiectul câştigător, „În armonie cu natura” (Living with Nature), realizat în asociere de Artline şi Adest Architecture, am avut plăcerea să stăm de vorbă pe larg cu arh. Radu Teacă şi arh. Radu-Petre Năstase, reprezentanţii celor două birouri de arhitectură.

Proiectul urmează a fi întocmit în viitorul apropiat, iar lucrările ar trebui să înceapă în doi-trei ani și ar putea dura alți doi ani. Intenția Ministerului Afacerilor Externe este ca sediul să fie funcțional înainte de preluarea de către România a președinției Uniunii Europene, în 2019.
