Adest Architecture Short-Listed for “Architectural Firm” at 2025 EuropaProperty SEE Awards

Adest Architecture has been short-listed for the “Architectural Firm” category at the 20th annual “EuropaProperty SEE Awards.” The event will take place on April 3, 2025, at the InterContinental Athenee Palace Bucharest. This nomination highlights our commitment to innovative and sustainable design.

The Novum Viilor Residential Complex in Bucharest, located near the iconic Carol Park and just 2 km from Unirii Square, is rapidly approaching the completion of its first stage. This exciting new project, a blend of contemporary architecture and functional design, is set to transform the urban landscape with modern living spaces and essential amenities.

Phase 1 of the project includes two residential towers (BS+GF+10E+11-12duplex) with services in the groundfloor, complemented by an office building. When completed, the Novum Viilor complex will feature a total of five towers of the same height with two basements for parking, along with a kindergarten, the office building and expansive green spaces,that enhance the quality of life for residents. A dedicated children's playground will also be incorporated, adding to the family-friendly atmosphere of the development. 

The architectural vision for Novum Viilor embraces sustainability, incorporating green building practices, energy-efficient technologies, and open spaces designed to encourage community engagement. The project’s design is focused on creating a comfortable, vibrant environment for residents while promoting a sense of connectivity to both nature and the city’s rich cultural heritage.

Adest Architecture is short-listed for “Architectural Firm of the Year” at the 19th annual “EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards”, taking place April 17, 2024, Hotel InterContinental Athenee Palace Bucharest.

With a distinguished panel of judges comprising senior-level European and Central European directors, the SEE Real Estate Awards is an undisputed hallmark event within the industry.

Now, as the spotlight turns towards the titans of the dynamic SEE real estate landscape, the semi-finalists emerge from a rigorous selection process, conducted by an independent jury, culminating from a pool of over 300 nominees.

The 18th annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards & CEO Networking Forum is the only event of its kind that covering the South Eastern European region. The event brings together the most active international and local developers, bankers, invetors, lawyers and other profesionals operating in the region.

Semi-final results are now in for the 18th annual SEE Real Estate Awards representing the most outstanding and accomplished projects, companies, and individuals of the South-eastern Europe region. The anticipated celebration, which will be attended by some of the region’s leading firms and personalities, will take place on April 6, 2023, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest, Romania.

Market leaders in both development activity and pure investment will compete for awards in the office, retail, warehouse and residential sectors. The sponsors, attendees and judges are senior-level European or Central European directors, which affirms the SEE Real Estate Awards as a true industry landmark event.

Now senior players from the dynamic SEE real estate markets are readying themselves for the region’s premier commercial real estate event. The semi-final results have been narrowed down, by an independent jury of judges, from a field of over 400 nominated companies and projects to determine the semi-finalists.

Adest Architecture is one of the 8th firms shortlisted in the section "Professional Service Provider" for its activity during the last year.

Adest Architecture has been shortlisted as a 2020 top architecture firm by Europa Property for the SEE Real Estate Awards.

Moreover, some of the newest Adest Architecture projects (designed in collaboration with various firms) were also shortlisted for this year's awards.

Radu-Petre Năstase will be a speaker at FORO International Forum for Reputation in Hospitality 2020.

The event will take place on the 2nd of October, 2020 at Athénée Palace Hilton Bucharest.

Dacă înainte de criză apartamentele de trei camere ajunseseră să aibă suprafeţe de 120 -150 de metri pătraţi, acum compartimentarea este mult mai eficient realizată.

”Într-un sens, provocarea este mai mare acum, pentru că trebuie să reuşeşti să faci şi arhitectură şi să satisfaci şi clientul final şi pe dezvoltator. Scopul este să integrezi toate constrângerile, astfel încât apartamentul să fie corect realizat, să fie funcţional si să răspundă necesităţilor pieţei”, ne-a declarat arhitectul Radu Petre Năstase, arhitect principal al biroului de proiectare Adest Architecture.

The first masterclass on Landscape Architecture has taken place during the LAUD 2015 Expo Conference on June 24th in Bucharest. Arch. Prof. Emeritus Peter Latz held an hour long lecture about post-industrial landscapes and the industrial heritage. Over 50 architects were in the audience, listening and debating the new vision over industrial architecture, alongside arch. Radu Petre Năstase, the manager of the National Institute of Heritage and moderator of the lecture.

Pentru realizarea pavilionului României, Ministerul Afacerilor Externe a lansat un concurs de idei, deschis tuturor propunerilor şi soluţiilor integrate, atât prin intermediul ideii arhitecturale, cât şi al temei de expunere, bazate pe originalitate, creativitate şi sustenabilitate. Despre proiectul câştigător, „În armonie cu natura” (Living with Nature), realizat în asociere de Artline şi Adest Architecture, am avut plăcerea să stăm de vorbă pe larg cu arh. Radu Teacă şi arh. Radu-Petre Năstase, reprezentanţii celor două birouri de arhitectură.

Directorul General al Institutului National al Patrimoniului, arh. Radu-Petre Nastase, aflat in vizita la Mangalia, a vizitat Moscheea "Esmahan Sultan". 

Moscheea „Esmahan Sultan" din Mangalia este cel mai vechi lăcaș de cult musulman din România, ridicat în anul 1575. Este înconjurată de cimitirul mahomedan ce conține morminte vechi de peste 300 de ani.

„Cartier pentru Justiție” face parte dintr-un complex de proiecte post-revoluţionare ce include o sală de concerte, spaţii administrative, centru de afaceri, zone verzi şi de agrement, și propune un nou spațiu public, reprezentativ pentru Bucureşti.
