Adest Architecture Short-Listed for “Architectural Firm” at 2025 EuropaProperty SEE Awards
Adest Architecture has been short-listed for the “Architectural Firm” category at the 20th annual “EuropaProperty SEE Awards.” The event will take place on April 3, 2025, at the InterContinental Athenee Palace Bucharest. This nomination highlights our commitment to innovative and sustainable design.
The Novum Viilor Residential Complex in Bucharest, located near the iconic Carol Park and just 2 km from Unirii Square, is rapidly approaching the completion of its first stage. This exciting new project, a blend of contemporary architecture and functional design, is set to transform the urban landscape with modern living spaces and essential amenities.
Phase 1 of the project includes two residential towers (BS+GF+10E+11-12duplex) with services in the groundfloor, complemented by an office building. When completed, the Novum Viilor complex will feature a total of five towers of the same height with two basements for parking, along with a kindergarten, the office building and expansive green spaces,that enhance the quality of life for residents. A dedicated children's playground will also be incorporated, adding to the family-friendly atmosphere of the development.

The 18th annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards & CEO Networking Forum is the only event of its kind that covering the South Eastern European region. The event brings together the most active international and local developers, bankers, invetors, lawyers and other profesionals operating in the region.
Semi-final results are now in for the 18th annual SEE Real Estate Awards representing the most outstanding and accomplished projects, companies, and individuals of the South-eastern Europe region. The anticipated celebration, which will be attended by some of the region’s leading firms and personalities, will take place on April 6, 2023, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest, Romania.

The first masterclass on Landscape Architecture has taken place during the LAUD 2015 Expo Conference on June 24th in Bucharest. Arch. Prof. Emeritus Peter Latz held an hour long lecture about post-industrial landscapes and the industrial heritage.
