Novum Viilor: Stage 1 Close to Completion, Bringing Modern Living to Bucharest
The Novum Viilor Residential Complex in Bucharest, located near the iconic Carol Park and just 2 km from Unirii Square, is rapidly approaching the completion of its first stage. This exciting new project, a blend of contemporary architecture and functional design, is set to transform the urban landscape with modern living spaces and essential amenities.
Phase 1 of the project includes two residential towers (BS+GF+10E+11-12duplex) with services in the groundfloor, complemented by an office building. When completed, the Novum Viilor complex will feature a total of five towers of the same height with two basements for parking, along with a kindergarten, the office building and expansive green spaces,that enhance the quality of life for residents. Radu-Petre Năstase will be a speaker at SHARE Bucharest 2022, the International Forum on Architecture and Construction Engineering, having the main subject of "Large urban development projects in Romania and internationally".

Care sunt noile cerințe ale proiectelor imobiliare din perspectiva proiectantului
Noile proiecte imobiliare sunt abordate într-o manieră mult mai pragmatică atât de promotorii lor, cât şi de proiectanţii care le concep.
Dacă înainte de criză apartamentele de trei camere ajunseseră să aibă suprafeţe de 120 -150 de metri pătraţi, acum compartimentarea este mult mai eficient realizată.
”Într-un sens, provocarea este mai mare acum, pentru că trebuie să reuşeşti să faci şi arhitectură şi să satisfaci şi clientul final şi pe dezvoltator. Scopul este să integrezi toate constrângerile, astfel încât apartamentul să fie corect realizat, să fie funcţional si să răspundă necesităţilor pieţei”, ne-a declarat arhitectul Radu Petre Năstase, arhitect principal al biroului de proiectare Adest Architecture.
The First Landscape Architecture Masterclass in Romania
The first masterclass on Landscape Architecture has taken place during the LAUD 2015 Expo Conference on June 24th in Bucharest. Arch. Prof. Emeritus Peter Latz held an hour long lecture about post-industrial landscapes and the industrial heritage. Over 50 architects were in the audience, listening and debating the new vision over industrial architecture, alongside arch. Radu Petre Năstase, the manager of the National Institute of Heritage and moderator of the lecture.
Arch. Radu-Petre Năstase was invited to take part at the LAUD Architecture Expo Conference 2015 as a guest speaker. The conference will take place at the "Ion Mincu" House in Bucharest, on the 24th of June 2015.
Următoarea Expoziție Universală va fi găzduită de oraşul Milano, având ca temă generală o problemă extrem de actuală a societăţii contemporane, „Hrănirea planetei, energie pentru viaţă”. Pentru realizarea pavilionului României, Ministerul Afacerilor Externe a lansat un concurs de idei, deschis tuturor propunerilor şi soluţiilor integrate, atât prin intermediul ideii arhitecturale, cât şi al temei de expunere, bazate pe originalitate, creativitate şi sustenabilitate. Despre proiectul câştigător, „În armonie cu natura” (Living with Nature), realizat în asociere de Artline şi Adest Architecture, am avut plăcerea să stăm de vorbă pe larg cu arh. Radu Teacă şi arh. Radu-Petre Năstase, reprezentanţii celor două birouri de arhitectură.
Cartier pentru Justiție. Studiu de amplasamnet realizat de UAUIM
„Cartier pentru Justiție” face parte dintr-un complex de proiecte post-revoluţionare ce include o sală de concerte, spaţii administrative, centru de afaceri, zone verzi şi de agrement, și propune un nou spațiu public, reprezentativ pentru Bucureşti.
MAE va avea un sediu nou, în 2019, când România preia președinția UE
Proiectul urmează a fi întocmit în viitorul apropiat, iar lucrările ar trebui să înceapă în doi-trei ani și ar putea dura alți doi ani. Intenția Ministerului Afacerilor Externe este ca sediul să fie funcțional înainte de preluarea de către România a președinției Uniunii Europene, în 2019.
