The total project area spans approximately 8,000 square meters and includes two luxury residential buildings that provide an oasis of tranquility and greenery amidst the urban hustle. Access to the ensemble is achieved through a harmonious belvedere that stretches along Barbu Văcărescu Street. At ground level, green spaces and carefully landscaped areas soften the contact with urban hustle, creating a friendly and natural approach. A groundbreaking feature in the urban landscape is the presence of a sky garden, a private oasis that blends panoramic views with the refreshing greenery of vegetation, situated in the connecting part between the two towers. The ensemble reconnects with the street, offering a mosaic of commercial and recreational facilities that invite relaxation and social interaction.
At the heart of this urban ensemble, residents have access to an outdoor running track, where they can maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. Additionally, a private playground is created to provide safe and captivating spaces for the children within this community. The approximately 300 apartments are designed to offer various living options based on needs and preferences. From premium two-bedroom apartments to duplex-style penthouses, each residence provides a unique experience.
