The complex is a lifestyle designed to accommodate sustainable and responsible communities, constituting the first two phases of an extensive development that will unfold on 23 hectares. Adest Architecture has outlined several masterplan proposals for this development, a comprehensive framework that will include, in addition to residential spaces, office spaces, commercial services and facilities, educational units such as a school and a kindergarten, as well as a public park designed as the vibrant heart of the entire urban ecosystem.
Comprising eight collective residential buildings, complemented by two generous underground parking lots, with a total height regime of G+P+7F, the ensemble brings together premium materials with technological innovations to create a space where luxury meets sustainability. An essential aspect of Nusco City is how its design facilitates continuous interaction between the interior and exterior. The central gardens, designed as a natural amphitheater, become a place of relaxation and communion, encouraging residents to reconnect with nature amidst the urban hustle and bustle.
Nusco City hosts a total of 620 apartments with various configurations, including 2, 3, and 4 rooms, complemented by terraces, thus offering a wide spectrum of options to meet the diverse needs and preferences of its residents. This diversity in the number and types of apartments reflects the project's commitment to creating an inclusive urban environment, tailored to different lifestyles and families, contributing to the development of a community with a strong and varied identity.
Nusco City emerges as an eloquent paradigm of how collaboration, sustainability, and human connection can fundamentally reshape the landscape of construction and urban communities. The ensemble becomes a coherent picture of cooperation between structures and green spaces. This approach is translated into a framework that demonstrates that modern living can redefine the concept of community.
