Access to the ensemble is achieved through a harmonious belvedere that stretches along Barbu Văcărescu Street. A groundbreaking feature in the urban landscape is the presence of a sky garden, a private oasis that blends panoramic views with the refreshing greenery of vegetation, located in the connection between the two towers.
