FERDINAND OFFICE & RESIDENTIAL BUILDING Bucharest, 3rd District

Previous project Next project

The Ferdinand Building is a standout in urban residential architecture, shaped by the unique form of its plot and the challenges presented by its surroundings. The building’s volume draws inspiration from the elegant form of a wing, while its dual façades feature gracefully curved lines, adding fluidity and sophistication to the structure.

The façades are crafted as a visual interplay of ceramic surfaces and a series of stained-glass panels, which lend the building a distinctive character and provide dynamic contrasts under changing light. This artistic design approach not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also aligns with the building’s architectural integrity.

Spanning 10 stories, the Ferdinand Building houses 80 luxurious, spacious apartments, with eight units per floor. Each apartment is designed to offer residents a refined living experience, characterized by generous layouts, high-quality finishes, and expansive views. The result is a residential building that combines modern elegance with a unique spatial experience, setting a new standard for urban luxury.
