The Ferdinand Building resulted from a unique combination which was based on the special shape of the plot and is due to the recursive problems regarding the neighborhood.
The volume of the building is inspired by a wing shape, while the two façades of the building are defined by a curved shape and are characterized through a game of ceramics and a series of strained-glass window panels.
The 10–storey building accommodates 8 apartments per floor. The 80 apartments within the building are luxurious and very spacious ones that offer a unique inhabiting experience.
