The study project for The New Artists’ Village Zonal Urban Plan (P.U.Z.) is located in the northern part of Bucharest, in an area already allocated to high-standard hotels such as: Sofitel, Crowne Plaza Flora, Best Western Park and Tourist.
The proposal gathers 56 workshop-houses for 120 inhabitants.
The size of this project would naturally request appropriate services: a hotel, a restaurant, multifunctional areas, offices and commercial spaces. All of these functions are gathered into two separate buildings: a hotel and an office building, thus becoming a pole of interest - a place for leisure, meetings, cultural activity.
Moreover, the 3-star hotel offers 90 rooms and 13 apartments while also providing a series of spaces designed for hosting symposiums, conferences or exhibitions.
