Located in the northern part of Bucharest, in close vicinity to both Floreasca and Herăstră Lakes, the project accommodates a series of high-standard apartments, as well office spaces on the first floor and commercial area on the ground level.
The building was designed in order to house 8 apartments on the second and third levels, 6 apartments on the forth level and 2 apartment units on the last level.
In addition to that, one of the main aims of this project was to ensure areas as large as possible for the communal spaces of each apartment.
