Oradea City Hall plans on building 2 new student dormitories for the University of Oradea.
The project regarding this Feasibility Study is part of the new Masterplan for the Univesity of Oradea, also designed by Adest Architecture.
The 2 new buildings will accommodate around 500 students, hosted in 243 rooms and the total gross building area will be 10 000 sqm.
The students will be provided with a dining hall area and social and recreational areas. The façade design is going to match the fast forward pace of the student lifestyle, using contemporary materials that are also easy to maintain.
