The project regarding the old building situated at the intersection of Calea Victoriei and Dacia Blvd. is based on a structural reinforcement and extension of the building, while keeping and reviving the valuable elements.
In addition to that, the façades of the old building will preserve all the existing decorative elements and the missing ones will be remodeled after photographic proof, while the new building will be covered in a metallic mesh with an organic pattern.
A wide range of modern materials will be used in order to achieve these goals and to help the building regain the status of an important architectural landmark within the city centre.
The new resulting buildings are supposed to accommodate a series of office spaces and other facilities.
