Situated in the Red Sea waterfront area in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this project merges different types of architectural programmes, such as residential and retail units, a hotel, restaurants and parking, as well as offices.
The development will consist of 7 high towers interconnected by a series of retail spaces displayed on the ground floor and first floors.
The buildings are supposed to be coverd in a metallic mesh that promotes the traditional local patterns.
